AI Opportunity Assessment

For companies that don't know where to start with AI.

Find out where AI actually helps your business.

We look at how your business actually runs — the tools, the handoffs, the work people do by hand — and come back with a ranked list of what AI should take over, what to buy, what to build, and what to leave alone.

Who this is for

You're here if:

  • You've been told to “do something about AI” and don't know where to start.
  • You've trialled a few tools and nothing stuck.
  • Different people in the business want different things, and none of it adds up to a plan.
  • You want a straight answer from someone who isn't selling you a licence.

What we look at

  • Your tools.

What you run, what it costs, what it's actually used for, and where two tools do the same job.

  • Your workflows.

How work moves through the business. Where it stops. Who retypes what into where.

  • Your volumes.

How often each thing happens, and how long it takes.

  • Your constraints.

What can't change, what can't leave your systems, and who has to sign off on what.

What you get

A report — web or PDF — covering:

01
Current workflows and bottlenecks
How the work moves today, and where the hours go.
02
The best AI and automation opportunities
Ranked, not listed. The order matters more than the list.
03
Recommended tools
Specific products, with the reason we picked them over the alternatives.
04
Buy vs. build
What you should pay a vendor for, and what's worth building around your process.
05
Expected impact
Hours back, error rates, turnaround times — estimated with the assumptions shown.
06
Implementation difficulty
What each one takes: effort, dependencies, and what could go wrong.
07
Recommended next steps
A sequenced plan with a defensible first move.

Written so someone who wasn't in the room can act on it.

How it works

    Kickoff call

We learn the business, the tools, and what's already been tried.

  2. 022–4 hours

    Discovery

Short conversations with the people doing the work, plus a look at the systems.

  3. 03

    Analysis

We map the workflows, size the opportunities, and check the tool landscape.

  4. 04

    Report and walkthrough

You get the document and a session to argue with it.

Questions we get on this

Can't we just do this ourselves?

You can. Most companies don't, because it needs someone who knows both how your business works and what the tools can currently do. The second half changes every few months.

What if the answer is that we don't need AI?

Then we'll say so, and tell you what's actually worth fixing instead. It happens, and we'd rather tell you before you spend money than after.

Do we have to use you for the build?

No. The assessment is a standalone deliverable, priced as one. Most clients continue with us because the mapping is already done — but nothing about the report depends on it.

Stop guessing. Get the map first.
