FacultyWorks operates this website and is responsible for deciding how personal data collected through it is used. You can send privacy questions or requests through the contact page.

What this policy covers
This policy covers visits to facultyworks.co, information submitted through the contact form, and the communications that follow from an enquiry.
Work carried out inside a client's systems is governed by the relevant client agreement and any associated data-processing terms.

Information we collect

Please do not submit sensitive personal data, payment details, passwords or confidential client information through the contact form.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business reorganisation. Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

How long we keep information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including responding to an enquiry, maintaining business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. The period depends on the nature of the relationship and the information involved.
- Contact-form enquiries may remain in our email and, where enabled, CRM records while an opportunity is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.
- Hosting and delivery providers retain technical records according to the settings and terms applying to our accounts.
- Analytics events are retained according to the settings in our Vercel and PostHog projects.
- Your analytics choice is stored for up to 12 months, after which the site asks again.

Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data; object to certain processing; receive a portable copy; and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Use the contact page to make a request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use the contact form only for ordinary business enquiries.

Children
This business website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through it.
